英译
The grammar pattern "~反面" is used to express contrast or opposition between two different aspects or sides of a situation.
It is similar to saying "on the other hand" or "conversely" in English.
For example, if you say "彼は優しい反面、厳しい一面もある" (Kare wa yasashii hanmen, kibishii ichimen mo aru), it means "He is kind, but on the other hand, he also has a strict side", highlighting the contrasting qualities of the person being described.
